Onya's Passage: A Video Film on HIV-AIDS

The video was on one hand an independent project, and on the other hand a culmination of the ‘Talking AIDS’ project. The video focused on the twin problem of forced marriage and HIV/AIDS. It is based on a story of a young school girl, who is forced into marriage with an older person she does not like. She runs away; falls into bad hands and ends up as a prostitute. This is how she contracts the virus and eventually AIDS.
