The Nigerian Popular Theatre Alliance is organized in six zones with a Coordinator in each as follows:

1. Middle Belt Zone comprising of Benue, Kwara, Kogi, Nassarawa, Niger and Plateau States; and FCT.
   Zonal Coordinator: Mrs. Rahila Gowon
2. North-West Zone- Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Jigawa, Sokoto and Zamfara.
   Zonal Coordinator: Darius Akan Yashim
3. North-East Zone- Adamawa, Bauchi, Borno, Gombe, Taraba and Yobe.
   Zonal Coordinator: Dr. Abel Idebe
4. South-East Zone- Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu, Imo and Cross-River.
   Zonal Coordinator: Dr. Edisua Merab Yta
5. South-West Zone- Ekiti, Lagos, Ogun, Ondo, Oshun and Oyo. 
   Zonal Coordinator: Dr. Ayo Komolafe
6. South Central Zone- Bayelsa, Edo, Delta and Rivers. 
   Zonal Coordinator: Anthony Aalo
